What if you could have all your dentistry that you have been putting off for years in one or two comfortable visits? What if you could finally receive all of the treatment while free of fear and pain?

We offer Sedation Dentistry, which helps treat people with dental phobias and anxieties. We offer different types of sedation dentistry. These include administering oral sedation, a pill, nitrous oxide (laughing gas), and intravenous sedation to deliver a combination of drugs. All this depends on the needs of the patient.

In this way the patient and the dentist are comfortable providing and receiving the best possible dental care-safe, and free of stress and pain.

IV Sedation/Twilight Sedation

  • IV Sedation provides is a wonderful adjunct in dentistry for fearful patients or long dental procedures. During IV sedation an IV line is started by the doctor to administer drugs which will allow you to relax. The majority of patients do not remember the dental appointment ever happening. Because this is a light sedation you are able to breathe on your own. IV sedation is very safe as the doctor can titrate the drugs to your specific weight and resistance.

Nitrous Oxide/Laughing Gas

  • Nitrous Oxide is a safe and odorless gas that has been used for many years to decrease anxiety during dental procedures. With nitrous oxide, you will be awake, but in a more, relaxed state. After an appointment with nitrous oxide, you are able to resume your normal activity for the remainder of the day.

Oral Sedation

  • Oral Sedation is sedation administered in a pill form. Oral sedation is not as predictable as IV sedation or Nitrous oxide. However, for patients who are not eligible for other forms of sedation this can be a great option to help relieve their fear.
